Trenching

Ground preparation starts by removing a 9" wide area of grass in which the curbing will be placed on.

The trench is less then 1" deep and only removes the very bottom portion of grass.

Extruding

The Extruding process starts by making the concrete on site.

Once everything is mixed, the concrete is hauled to the curbing machine using a wheelbarrow, so no damage occurs to your lawn

Finishing

Trowels are used to remove any imperfections in the concrete, leaving a smooth surface.

Depending on style of curbing you choose, release powder and roller stamps are used to give your curbing its desired look.

Sealer is applied to the curbing to give it a glossy finish and bring out the color of the release powder.
